1.1 How can I place Order at Smart Accountants ?
There are Multiple Ways to place Order at Smart Accountants. 
  1. By using the Self-Service Marketplace (Served by our Automated BOT - Pacioli) for limited purposes. or;
  2. By Placing an Individual Order and Personal Contact (Managed service) to our Business Development team.
  3. You can also place order through Social Media such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

1.1 What is Service Process followed at Smart Accountants ?
  1. We Identify and determine your needs and requirements by having a detailed discussion with you.
  2. Our Experts would develop a concept tailored to meet the specific requirement needs of your Project. 
  3. We divide the Project into Individual, Self-contained micro-jobs as Tasks and assign them to the respective Experts. 
  4. The Assigned Jobs are processed quickly with the assistance of Robotic Automation and Qualified Experts.
  5. The results are subjected to Quality Check as per the Smart Accountant's Review Policy. These policy depends on the Type of the Service and varies from time to time to provide the Premium Quality of Service. 
  6. You will be sent the First cut faultless results for Approval.  
1.2 What preliminary Information is needed to begin the Process with Smart Accountants ?
We keep the On-boarding process of our Customers Simple and Transparent. Once your Order is confirmed you will receive a detail message as to the Information/Documents required from your side to proceed further. 3.1 How is Quality of Service maintained at Smart Accountants ?
At Smart Accountants, our Team members uses the Assistance of Robotic Automation to perform the Repetitive Tasks to deliver our service with 99.99% accuracy. Each Task has been assigned to the Respective Team members according to their Individual Skills. We have been continuously training our Team to keep them updated on Latest legal Amendments through our Learning Management System (LMS) and trained to provide Creative solutions for the problem that are faced by our Customers. In addition, the High Quality of the Work results are secured by Special Quality Management measures such as Internal Audit, Process Control, Peer reviews and Evaluation.​​​​ 

3.2 How do I receive the results ?
The results are delivered to you by E-mail by the Respective Team member with whom your task has been assigned to complete the order. In case of any delay in delivery or quality you can reach us at support@smartaccountants.in 

3.3 How great is the risk that the results do not meet my requirements or expectations ?
For all our Customers, we conduct a Mandatory Preliminary discussion to understand the Requirements and Outcome of the solution as possible in Advance. Furthermore, when we are dealing with Large Orders, we agree on a Test/ Trial order/ Free Consultation to ensure correct and faultless processing.
