We facilitate our customers to post 4 types of content within our community. These are Ideas, Questions, Problems and Discussions. Each of these serves a particular purpose.

When our customers have something to discuss with us, they post a discussion within our community. It's a great way to debate and collaborate.

This platform enables our customers to ask specific questions about our business, within our community hub. We answer these questions right there . Once we answer the questions ,they are marked as 'answered' which keeps our community organized.

Problems are issues that our customers face when they interact with our business. This platform helps the customer to describe the exact problem(s) faced and give us actionable insights. We convert the 'problem' into a support ticket and even keep customers updated on its status.

Ideas from customers often lead to new directions for our business. We allow them to share their ideas within our community. Other customers vote on the ideas and and there is a real democracy within our community.
